Its Autumn - nights are drawing in and the colder winds are gathering, BUT nordic walkers are preparing, checking out warmer clothing, remember there is no such thing as the wrong weather..its the wrong clothing.
When you are preparing think safety, think being seen by attracting attention, head torches are a good thing, then complete by using LESU led boots - the paws with more on you poles, being all terrain they will not require adjusting, twisting or removing, keeping you hands tasty warm, keeping the wet and mud on the pole and not on your hands
