The route will start at Herodsfoot and finish in Looe - we will nordic Walk the Looe Valley, through woodland, along rivers on this 7 miler.
It may have been sunny this week, however some parts of the river bank mat still be muddy, trail shoes/boots are recommendedÂ
Cost is 2 sessions if a DB club member or £12 otherwise and only for NWUK qualified walkers.
We have a couple of seats in the transport form DB.....be quick, otherwise drop point at Herodsfoot, some are catching the train back to Liskeard, along one of the most scenic train lines in UK.

obviously we will need liquid refreshment once in Looe and a bite to eat so we will visit a P/H.

NOW HAVE 324,498 STEPS REMAINING TO REACH TARGET OF 20,000 STEPS PER DAY - MANAGING TO STAY AHEAD OF GAME ON A DAILY BASIS SO THAT THE TARGET IS DONE WITH DAYS TO SPARE
SO FAR HAVE COMPLETED APPROX 138 MILES WHICH IS 11.5 MILES A DAY, APART FORM THE MORNING TWINGES OF LEFT HAMSTRING ALL GOING WELL AND CONFIDENT I WILL REACH GOAL
