Another busy week, welcome Diane to the world of Nordic Walking! Weather in Cornwall has been liquid sunshine all week except for Wednesday, autumn is here as its cooler and at one pint the gym was the place to be to remain dry - awesome Saturday stretch class with db fitness club today to round off their week, 90% of the class was requests, where else can you put your very own class together? - Sunday nordic walking form Trevone bay tomorrow which is Garys choice this month - its just NE of Padstow so looking forward to getting the Sunday video of the session out there
Thursday club braved the elements this week and did a fantastic fitness session which included smoveys, hills and stretching, There is a link below to a hand signal which is important for everyone to know - I will let it do the talking

The weather slowly turns autumnal but the fitness with Lesu continues - daily classes are not here because of Covid - they are here for the db Fitness Club members - attendances have not dropped, a few more have to use the press and play and catch up with a session due to life circumstances, a 12 week challenge is about to end, this was aimed at power, strength and endurance using the Wednesday resist session and Friday isometrics . All who have continued now use a larger resistance band and complete more reps and sets per session. Along with the Nordic walking club members - it is all much more than 'Just Fitness'
We now have a Thursday club for Nordic walking, this session is aimed at 90 minutes, however the mileage may be less then the Sunday but the work and effort are not any less, walkers are often completing both, or if unable to do regular have an option to change. A few links are below of recent walks.
The pics below show the Sunday club after they took 83 minutes off the previous time for the Lostwithiel to Fowey harbour route, the second is a gr8 pic taken by Gary when we had our pit stop in Fowey

Latest video of last week at Lerryn - off the holiday makers track and down the twisty narrow lanes of Cornwall - a fantastic nordic walk to St Winnow, we are out and about form Tideford cross this Sunday with Alans Tideford 2, looking forward to gr8 weather and hopefully no horse flies!
