The weather slowly turns autumnal but the fitness with Lesu continues - daily classes are not here because of Covid - they are here for the db Fitness Club members - attendances have not dropped, a few more have to use the press and play and catch up with a session due to life circumstances, a 12 week challenge is about to end, this was aimed at power, strength and endurance using the Wednesday resist session and Friday isometrics . All who have continued now use a larger resistance band and complete more reps and sets per session. Along with the Nordic walking club members - it is all much more than 'Just Fitness'

We now have a Thursday club for Nordic walking, this session is aimed at 90 minutes, however the mileage may be less then the Sunday but the work and effort are not any less, walkers are often completing both, or if unable to do regular have an option to change.
