Sunday 18th and db polers hit the countryside and sw coastal path with an 8 miler from Looe country holiday park - it was a gr8 loop walk in and around Robs area.
The stop at Seaton took longer than planned due to the coffee line - however it was a thanks to Anne and once drank we were energised and off again - hills cannot be avoided in the sw and this was no exception - weather was fantastic…click the link below for the video.

this sunday we are back at our base in doublebois for a fitness session - here we go on an old, but goody route
