We progress and get ever closer to outdoor exercise in groups and bd polers Nordic walking club getting out and about again as a group, we have a full programme planned as well as our trip to the Black Mountains and Jersey, our fingers and toes are all crossed

db fit club have been doing the less sugar and snacks challenge this month, next month swill be something special - watch this space for how we progress.
Next week be our FIRST BIRTHDAY!! It will be year on April 1st when we launched our on line fitness sessions, still here and aim to be here for a long time, the members have established the group and we move onwards and upwards - we also bring a new session to the fitness toolbox on Monday with NILQUIP cardio kick box, looking forward to that one - Thursday 1st is the birthday date and that session will be slightly different to the normal Start the weekend session on the beam.

Special mention to Jill - this week completed 10 session course in PT - done in 4 weeks she last an incredible 12ils and increased her fitness test results by just over 150% - phase two has commenced and Jill is well on the way to achieving her goals - a great example of working hard, being dedicated, focussed, listening and acting and believing in yourself - well done Jill………
