Last Sunday db polers completed a gr8 fig of 8 nordic walk in and around Carradon hill and the hurlers - standing about 40ft from the transmitter mast before we could see it! the weather was terrible but in a way it added to the event and it is now onto return to when we have blue skies and views.
Our summer T's are now in the store - all everyone needs now is some sun! - at least it is now showers and not constant rain - get ready for the outdoors - we are as our Wales exped is now only 4 weeks away, fingers crossed we will soon be in the Black mountains of south Wales with our nordic walking team
