Well here we go!!!! December 2nd and Nordic Walking is back up and running……the xmas walk on Dartmoor with a meal at Two Bridges Hotel has been cancelled - we can make this up once we all have immunity to Covid, extra adventure walks are in, although these may change at short notice, interestingly the Restormel day is at the end of Jan, the previous 2 times we have had this one programmed we have gone to lockdown, let's hope it isn't an omen!!!
We are covid compliant and the safety of all during any fitness is always the most important thing, live or on line.
The on line classes have been as always totally awesome the past week, we introduced resistance bands into our isometrics, and all of the classes have been very well attended, I have completed the xmas plan and am already looking forward to next week, stay safe and take care
